Well, time is precious to all of us and spending it well makes a big difference to our lives. We believe time on the water can have huge benefits in a variety of ways. Here are just a few ideas for how you can get involved in the week:

  1. Take time for your mind

Whether it’s soaking in the peace on flatwater or being fully focused on whitewater, paddling gives our minds a chance to reset and relax.

Mindfulness may be a buzz word at the moment but it’s a useful tool for both relaxation and competition.  Check out our blog on why paddling is good for your mental health here.

  1. Take time with loved ones

Our lives are increasingly busy and sometimes we don’t make space for the people who mean the most to us. This Go Paddling Week make sure you Take Time to be with friends and family on the water.
